“Congratulations to our amazing Year 8 students for their fantastic efforts in the UKMT Junior Mathematics Challenge. This is competition which encourages mathematical reasoning, precision of thought and fluency in mathematical techniques. It is designed to make you think and recognises high performers with the top-scoring 50% of participants being awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze certificates.
A special mention to Craig who earned a Silver Certificate and Evie who took home Bronze. We are incredibly proud of the hard work and achievement of all these young mathematicians. The future is bright!”
