Year 8 students started the week by taking part in an in-school safari with “Wee Critters NI”. Led by Allan the explorer, the students were introduced to a number of exotic animals, including a hissing cockroach, a snake, a cane toad, a tarantula and a skunk! This interactive session was an ideal way to follow up on some of the work completed in the first term of Science.
Allan commended the students for their enthusiasm, level of knowledge and responsible approach during his sessions. We look forward to welcoming him back in the future. A great way for Year 8 to finish off their first term.
