We are delighted to announce that Shimna Integrated College is a finalist in the #GNIMag awards this year. GNI magazine is a local LGBT publication which has been running for 12 years, engaging with over 70,000 people in a bi-monthly magazine. The GNI Mag Awards are designed to celebrate and recognise businesses and individuals who go over and above for the LGBTQ community.

Shimna's GSA (Gender Sexuality Alliance) has been running for 13 years. We were the first school in the country to have an LGBTQ+ student group and our young people are as enthusiastic as ever about promoting integration through celebrating our school's LGBTQ+ community.
