The Science Department at Shimna recently organised a poster competition to mark British Science Week 2024 - https://www.britishscienceweek.org/
Coincidentally, British Science Week is also commemorating its own 30th anniversary this year. The theme of this year’s competition is Time, prompting reflection on the journey in scientific fields so far and anticipation for the future.
Our students’ innovative designs were entered into the competition and six of them won a smart watch for their entries. Well done to Katie Annett 9S, Amy Crawford 9B, Sam McEvoy 10S, Charlotte McKerr 9M, Eve McNamara 9M and Srushti Wanhade 10C
