Kabosh Theatre Company performs at the College

Earlier this week, we were delighted to welcome Kabosh Theatre Company who staged Not on Our Watch. Kabosh Theatre Company has now been performing for 29 years, challenging its audience to reimagine moments, people and spaces.

Not On Our Watch investigates the plight of homeless women in hostels in Northern Ireland. The play is provocative, interwoven with political themes, essential worker resistance and the fight for women’s rights. Followingthe performance, students had the opportunity to engage in a question-and-answer session with playwright Louise Matthews.

All in all, it was a fantastic experience for our Drama and Amnesty students, with the opportunity to converse with industry professionals and to gain an insight into the process of script-writing. We were very fortunate to host this superb production.
