Last week, Key Stage 3 students had the opportunity to conduct a live webchat with a number of real Scientists in "I'm a scientist, get me out of here". Students had to think up questions and put them to scientists working in a number of fields, including marine and environmental sciences. The students later voted for which scientist they felt should receive some grant money for a project!
The participating scientists later emailed our Head of Science Stephen McCormick to commend the pupils on asking really intelligent and thoughtful questions. Thank you to our Assistant Vice Principal Ms Joanne Poland for organising. Well done everyone who took part!
