Congratulations to Helen Barbour in Year 10, who has also been selected to attend the Netball Northern Ireland South-East Under-15 Academy squad. She joins Year 11 student Katelynn McClelland. The call-ups are testament to the hard work and dedication of both girls, and further evidence of the success of Newcastle Netball Club.
Helen’s coach Charlotte Elliott writes, “this is just the start of the netballing success in our local area. As a club we are very proud to help them on their way! Helen has a bright future and we are excited to be a part of it!”
