This week, our Sixth Form students had the privilege to take part in the Golf Future programme held during the AMGEN Irish Open 2024.
They attended an insightful workshop on Tuesday, exploring the many career paths in the golf industry from PR, broadcasting, physio, media, giving them a deeper understanding of the opportunities available. Today, they enjoyed an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the prestigious Royal County Down golf course, watched some golf, and saw Rory McIlroy compete on home soil!
This enriching experience, organized through the Careers in Golf initiative, is designed to inspire and educate students about the diverse career opportunities within the golf sector.
